G1 Firefly

I'm so sorry for not uploading for the past three months, but thankfully I'm gotten back into the habit of drawing and this is essentially my first completed picture since February. 

So anyway, I wanted to draw a few of the G1 ponies and this of course if Firefly. A mare I've drawn a lot of times and always had fun drawing her. Alas though, this is actually my first picture of her where she is not Rainbow Dash's mother, as sadly now her G1 counterpart won't be her mum. Am I sad? In a sense I am as I had this headcanon for the best part of 3 years and it's kinda emotional for me how it's coming to end...in its current form however. Once the episode featuring Rainbow Dash's proper parents air, I will hopefully be able to still include Firefly in a rebooted headcanon of mine. Personally I can't wait for it!

Anyway the art itself is not too bad, I don't mind the wings and I try to simplify them as it makes it easier to draw for me, I still think it looks a bit too complex for my liking however. Also changed the muzzle (again) and it still doesn't look right, but I'm getting there! Also changed the legs to something a bit simpler, however they honestly look much better and are easier to draw. Finally I changed the eyes and I do like the idea of how they're styled, but a bit of work to do with them however.
